What is RDP?
Remote Desktop Protocol — logging in to a Windows server and seeing its full desktop on your screen.
RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) is Microsoft's protocol for controlling a Windows machine remotely: you see the server's desktop in a window and use it as if you were sitting in front of it. Our Windows RDP plans are popular for running Windows-only software, trading tools and back-office systems from anywhere. All traffic is encrypted, and you log in with the Administrator credentials in your welcome email using the Remote Desktop app built into Windows.
